These terms and conditions apply to the 123av platform and all of its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms. It's in your best interest to read them carefully before signing up.

You must be 18 or older to create an account at 123av. Minors are not permitted to register, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended with the balance frozen.

Only one account is allowed per person. If multiple accounts are opened using the same mobile number, bank account, or device, they will be flagged as duplicates and cancelled.

• Hacking or Cyber Attacks — Attempting unauthorized access to 123av's systems.
• Harassing other members or threatening others.

If a member's activity appears suspicious, 123av reserves the right to suspend bets and investigate without providing a reason. If the member is cleared after the investigation, the account will be reinstated.

Any member can close their account at any time. This is entirely your right, and 123av does not impose any penalty for doing so.

If there is a remaining balance in your wallet when your account is closed, it will be returned to your registered mobile number — however, bonus funds are non-refundable.

123av is not liable for losses caused by lost internet connection, power outages, or device failures. However, if a loss occurs due to a server-side issue, 123av will review and resolve it.

123av is not directly liable for delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad), but we will assist you in resolving any such problems.

• Any issues arising from intentionally providing false information are solely the user's responsibility.
